What does “childfree” mean?

Being childfree, or childfree by choice, means you don’t have or ever want to have children, whether biological, adopted, fostered, stepchildren, etc.

In other words, it means you don’t want to carry the burden of parenthood.

Is it the same as childless?

No, childless people are those who cannot have children but want to, or people who have not had children but plan on doing so.

What is coaching?

The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines “coaching” as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

What does a coach do?

A coach focuses on helping you condition your mind, on providing you with tools to help you achieve your objectives, and on helping you hone your skills so you can attain your life goals.

Is coaching like therapy?

No, it is not. Unless they have been formally trained as a Mental Health Professional, life coaches do not have the skills to diagnose and treat mental and emotional illnesses.

Are you a trained life coach?

Yes, I am. I was trained at SUN – Success Unlimited Network – by a certified Master Coach.

Are your coaching programs open only for childfree women?

Most of our clients are women who are 100% certain they will never be parents, for whatever reason (all reasons are valid). However, we also cater to women who are undecided about whether they should embrace the childfree lifestyle. The coaching process helps them define what they want to achieve and their goals will inevitably go hand-in-hand with whatever decision they make.

I am a mother, and I want you to be my coach. Would you coach me?

I love helping people through coaching. It’s my way of contributing my little grain of sand to the miles of beaches making a better world.

However, here’s the thing: I don’t have the capability to understand many of the day-to-day issues women face with regard to parenting, because I haven’t experienced it and never will. If women are certain they want to become mothers in the future, it isn’t unusual for their goals to align with that objective.

Additionally, and more importantly, I want to help women in the CF community exclusively because I feel there is little out there that focuses on our unique needs and wants, while there is a lot that has been created for mothers.

So, the short answer is no, I’m not the appropriate coach for mothers or women who want to be mothers.

What I can do is recommend a few AMAZING coaches who I know will do a great job helping you define and reach your objectives.

On the other hand, the products in our Arsenal, unlike the Coaching Programs, are open for anyone who wants to benefit from different methods to improve your self-love and self-confidence on your own time and at your own pace. You can check them out by clicking here!

Do you only coach in English?

No, I also coach in Spanish.

También hago coaching en Español!
